overtime pay hike is a plus, as, today is May 18 (and although Mercury is in retrograde), the fact that this new bill will be signed before the sun is in Mercury (Gemini phase May 22-June 21), we stand a better chance on its communication being on the up and up (versus any political confusion and grey lines).
Why? Here’s a tip (as per the belief of the celestial bodies’ connection to us terrestrial beings): Contracts and other important things on paper are best served and signed anytime before or after the entire time the sun is in Mercury (check back…I will upload a scan from my book to give you an idea of what I am talking about)
