More recently known as Blurred Lines’ Lost Without You singer-Robin Thicke’s dad, we “80s babies” remember him as the t-v dad of the popular sitcom Growing Pains. Alan Thicke, however, was a powerful vessel in television entertainment.
In addition to recently appearing on the Full House reboot Fuller House, Thicke hosted several daytime talk shows, game shows, and actually wrote the theme song for the famous sitcom: Different Strokes, game show: Wheel of Fortune and his own sitcom [Growing Pains].
I got it inherently. In my household, my pop culture savvy mom always said
