Arianna Huffington, 66, is stepping down as Editor in Chief of the popular online news media site.
The Huffington Post was just founded in 2005.
In 2011, it was acquired by AOL/Yahoo Inc. for $315 million.
The Huffington Post became known for its news articles from varying sources and eventually increased its net worth.
Verizon took notice, took notes, and in June 2015-took over.
A press release circulated stating
