physical if he got heated enough. (That’s the talk making its way through the rumor mill).
“Thought I told you that we won’t stop.”
Well the game ‘don’t stop ‘cause a player gets knocked and obviously, as expected, Diddy posted bail at $50k of a given $160k and although no one was seriously injured, the music mogul is going to have to face to music in federal court because more charges were added with tow more counts of assault with a deadly weapon (“making terroristic threats” + one count of battery).
The scene of the altercation took place at UCLA’s Acosta Athletic Training Complex where UCLA coach Jim Mora issued the following statement “This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.”
Diddy is due back in court on July 14.
A different kind of liberty took place this past Sunday where all hailed the queen of hip hop soul and Diddy’s #1 girl Mary J. Blige as she rocked Liberty Island for the Jay Z founded Made in America festival.
Sponsored by Budweiser, the New York native performed under the Statue of Liberty for a free concert filled with excited New Yorkers drunk and filled with burgers to beers while the songstress do her thing with a crowd screaming and chanting “Go Mary” with nonstop excitement. “Everything she played hit hard,” remarked Fader’s Alexander Iadarola who said it was so good it made you want to go home, plug in and immerse yourself in all things Mary.
Well just before the concert, Fader talked to Mary backstage where she say calmly getting glammed up and gorg and spoke about the makeup of “Mary” from her humble beginnings, her connection to her fans while on and off stage in conversation and her love for working with Sam Smith and Disclosure + her connection to them, and the sound (as it relates to the nostalgia it brought back for her).
