Congrats are certainly in order for the Legends (model, Chrissy Teigen and crooner-musician: John Roger Stephens a.k.a John Legend).
Both, welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Luna Simone into the world on April 14 and officially announced it publically this past Sunday 4.16.16:
“She’s here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy.”
Although “Luna” sounds quite the name and short for ‘lunar’ and we’d think “Simone” was given in spirit of the legendary Nina Simone; John and Chrissy are busy with baby and haven’t let us all know why they decided on the name (or if the name came from some French hotel as one fan supposed).
Given Chrissy’s notoriously famous quick wit, what we do know for a fact is that John is “healing” at this time. She’s always said all along [that] John would be the likely one with the maternal ways and worries.
