6 Natural Energy Boosters For A More Productive Day

in keeping us happy.

Obviously yoga is a full-on way to meditate but not many of us can sneak out to a yoga class on an hour or half hour break, but what you can do is move away from your workspace and environment, close your eyes, focus on breathing slow (and deep) for about 5-10 minutes. It clears mind clutter and resets you.

THE COFFEE TALK

imagesObviously, no life hack or healthy resources like such should be written by anyone without having the coffee/caffeine talk, as coffee is the morning “star” that takes the stage of countless American human beings palettes! I’m sorry, I don’t fake or front or deny myself this pleasure (or any other ones I may want) because you’ll double-up badly with other substitutes in an effort to avoid what you want but feel you shouldn’t have. Although that may be a test of willpower, factor in (for you personally) all the other healthy things you do for you to determine what you can or can’t deny yourself of.

Me, I’m gonna have my coffee-that’s just the beginning and bottom line on that. I don’t even drink or think of coffee as an “energy booster,” I’m a sensual coffee drinker (for smell and taste)-that’s what I’m after.

But if you think or drink coffee as an “energy booster” and unlike me, aren’t after it for smell and taste, then (for energy) there are other morning energy boosters besides sugary energy drinks, lattes, coffees, or sodas.

Other sources are fruity antioxidant beverages made from coffee fruit e.g., green tea, bai or oatmeal smoothies by which you can add maca powder for energy.
