and buying fat gold chains their life away—some have fat gold hearts and are saving and making other’s lives happy.
Rapper, Tyga (Cash Money Records) is certainly in the holiday spirit of helping and giving, and is certainly on a roll. Earlier today, we reported Chris Brown’s day of service (yesterday) where he assisted at a Toy Drive in Los Angeles, accompanied by comedian Kevin Hart and rapper, Tyga.

Something must have bit Tyga with the sharing is caring bug because today, it came to our attention that also during a recent visit to a Los Angeles hospital, Tyga met a 16-year old fan and was so moved by his story that he wasted no time helping him.
What did he do?
The rapper, whose Instagram name just so happens to be @kingoldchains did the Instagram unusual: Took a moment out of his day and pressed pause on the pimping and posing for his 4 million+ followers, and this time, posted a pic of and he and the boy, Isael Lopez, with the caption that read: “Spent my day today with one of my biggest fans Isael Lopez, a 16 year old Los Angeles Children’s hospital patient who is in need of a kidney transplant. He helped me give holiday gifts to teens and tots battling cancer. Call 323 3615454 to find out if you are a kidney match for Isael. www.donatelife.net.”
Well although it was pimping as usual since doing his good deed, the fact of the matter is: he did.
