PHARRELL WILLIAMS Scheduled to Perform At NBA All Star Game

Remember the hat that gave Frosty the Snowman special magic in that it gave him life?

Well remember this hat, on this guy:

It’s bringing magic to his life as well.

Well we needn’t slave over the swollen Stetson by recapping what a statement Pharrell’s fedora made at the 56th Annual 2014 Grammy Awards [that aired on January 26], and since then, magic’s just been coming his way.

Firstly, the Grammy Award winner (since then) was nominated in the category “Original Song,” for an Oscar/Academy Award for “Happy”-a song that he wrote + produced for “Despicable Me 2.” As well, Pharrell will perform the song at the live taping of the show, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, and scheduled to air on March 2, on ABC.

In addition to that, during player introductions, Pharrell is set to perform at the 63rd NBA All-Star Game (on TNT and ESPN Radio at 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2014) and promises to bring along some surprise guests……..”The Hat” perhaps?

Hmm.

The big weekend will kick off Valentine’s Day weekend starting with the Spring NBA All-Star Celebrity Game whose participants are comedian Kevin Hart (the reigning MVP), as well as Nick Cannon,  Columbus Short and Michael B. Jordan.

Following that fun, (two days later), the pros will take the court for the main event.

  1. Looking to be a great performance. Its worth noting that Skateboard P really doesn’t know his hoops. From his book ‘Places and Spaces I’ve Been’, in conversation with Yeezy he says “Yeah, you know I don’t know anything about basketball”.
He knows his music, that’s what matters.
