Well while she scolded him, like a little boy nearly stuttering and answering to his mom, the cop told the truth [that he was just on route to work].
With her trailing behind him to flag him down, he finally stopped to ask her what was wrong—with her.
She stated: “The reason I’m pulling you over today,” Castillo started in-sounding like she was about to make a citizens arrest of the police office driving “eighty to hundred miles an hour.”
“I was still eating your dust! You were leaving me behind and I was going 80 miles per hour and
I just wanted to know what’s the emergency?”
That’s when the officer admitted that he was just on route to work.
“I apologize and I’ll be sure to slow down then,” the officer offered along with his name and badge number.
Reportedly, police director Juan Perez said the incident would be investigated and appropriate action would be taken. Castillo however, for pulling the cop over, is pardoned.
Castillo stated that while she was not trying to make the police the bad guy, there should be held to “certain principles” that they expect others to uphold.
