Bobbi Kristina’s maternal grandmother cut a lonely figure as she arrived at the Atlanta hospital Friday to join the rest of the Houston family at her comatose granddaughter’s bedside.
Cissy Houston, 81, pulled up in a black Suburban and remained silent as she went inside Emory University Hospital.
Wrapped in grey scarf and leaning heavily on a walking cane, Houston carried a candy cane-colored striped bag — the only touch of cheer about her.
The Houston family matriarch — who buried her daughter just three years ago — walked slowly and had to be helped by the two women and man who traveled with her.
Her appearance coincided with reports that Bobbi Kristina’s father is struggling with the decision to take his daughter off life support. (cont’d)
