Is this true about Oprah buying BET 👀

Save the drama for your mama. The closet Oprah ever came to buying BET was at sending her “secret son” packing, pointing, proclaiming: “Boy Exit There”…after being run up on and caught by surprise with photogs as the talk maven/media mogul was spotted out at after a October 15th taping of Late Night with Stephen Colbert in NYC.
Seems as though Oprah had better be at the nearest professional astrologers and check up on her Uranus as, she was the subject or rumors run amok for some odd reason—starting with this “secret son” we never heard tell tale about.
Having gone on record admitting having birthed and lost a boy child at the ripe young age of 14, Oprah’s life having been pretty much an open book and Forewords, After Words, and all other bits and pieces between the lines told across her talk show stage over the years, when rumors began to swirl that she had a “secret son” surely we rolled the tape back on “Basil” from The Women of Brewster’s Place.
…but as it turned out, there really was a real life “secret son”—whose name is Calvin Mitchell.
You see what had happened was, once upon a time in early 90s while working on a movie (ironically) called There Are No Children Here, one was [there].
Oprah was sitting up on a stoop while on a short break and up walks this little young boy (around age 11) with a cold beverage to quench her thirst. Well, that moment lead to a conversation which eventually landed all the problems in the home he was experiencing (his mother out of work etc.) landed in the lap of Oprah which, like her very own Glenda the good witch dreams, made his and his families come true.
Oprah decided to step in and do something about the situation by getting the boy’s parents set up in a nice place and low high and behold, (as only Oprah would): get the boy proper education as, we all know that through education-Oprah feels chance is possible and through it, one can get a head start in life.
That being the case, Oprah put the young boy up in private school which after some time didn’t work out. The boy complained the people at the school didn’t like him much and as a result of cutting class-was expelled.
“I had a long conversation with him about how disappointed I was but I was going to give him another chance. I found a school in Mississippi that was a private boarding school because I thought if I could remove him from the environment that he’d been accustomed to growing up in, that maybe that would be helpful to him.”
Word got back to Oprah who decided to give him another chance. Next, she got him set up at another private school in Mississipppi (The Piney Woods School) where, at 17, he dropped out. Plans for him were thwarted: Peer pressure made it through the phone’s pipeline-telling him about how much he was missing at home. Adding to this, Calvin’s was mother in his ear telling him how much they all missed him and wanted him home.
She told me, “Calvin, just try to work it out. You can do it. Just hang in there. She was trying to inspire me to do what was right. But even after the long pep talk she gave me, I still left. ‘I just wanted to come home, and Oprah didn’t understand that.”
Welp.
It’s like as they say: You can take the boy/girl out the hood but you can’t
