Workplace Warning Signs That Your Employee Needs Coaching Or Counseling + Meet A CEO Managing (Therefore-Recognizes) Both

went downhill from there. But hey, an employee on a job is just as much a stranger as a client at that business who’s there to take care of whatever business they are there for. The only difference is: you see your fellow employee five days per week for forty hours. By my precaution (and considering ticking time bombs we hear about daily), that more of a reason to require an employee search. There’s no guarantee an employee badge and a socially adept ‘mask’ is protection enough for fellow employees. If you feel civilians or clients need searched, there should be a separate lane for employees to be searched, too.

You can’t be too paranoid but caution is necessary.

We hate being frisked and stripped at the airport but I’d rather deal with that than be mid-air taking my last breath before death by the hands of somebody that felt okay with today being his last day (and deciding to take us with him).

Sorry not sorry. Get the magic wand for all. Thank ya much.

Well right about now, those people in that room I interviewed in are probably thinking of me as, we all know (and have heard even before yesterday) stories of several on the job ticking time bombs where it was only a matter of time before something drastic happened that either frightened, worried, or harmed fellow employees (as did the guy holding this gun):

Given the incident that happened in which a former anchor “Victor Flanagan” a.k.a “Bryce Williams” took it upon himself to videotape him stalking the scene of an interview where news anchor Allison Parker was out interviewing and the moment turned out to be the last day she took her last breath all damning due to this guy—with four different names (“Victor Flanagan” and “Bryce Williams”) …that, in and of itself raises concern for me. Especially when there’s no exotic or “Mustafa”-like names inserted in there no where. Four totally different names was cause for a red flag in and of itself.

At any rate.

Well turns out, reports of him being a disgruntled employee (who had some problems at work in the past) came to surface. And unfortunately, (although his mini massacre didn’t happen at work-where its being reported he was a ‘problem’); the fact of the matter is: his being that ‘problem’ didn’t leave him-his person-even after his leaving his job. He took his ‘problems’ right with him (and along with it-three people’s lives)…and then his own.GettyImage

That’s a case where his employees on the job that he worked (five days per/forty hours per week) were actually spared. Because as things are unraveling, we see now that it could’ve been them (and he damned sure would’ve gotten by with his Glock gun-not being frisked…all thanks to merely having an employee badge!)

(Kiss my a$$ and keep your job. I stand by my point. Thank ya much. Sorry not sorry).

Welp.

Although people wear masks, how long they last is something we will never know.

However, according to experts, there are some tell-tale signs to look out for (when your employee may have some unchecked mental health issues that give rise for concern).

In everything, there is a fine line. And in employee-employer relations, the fine line of “needing coaching” and “needing counseling” is that hairsplitting fine line.

It’s also useful to know that not every abnormality or change we observe in our fellow employees is a danger to the people around them. Sometimes, it
