[in acting/pop, and popular culture that] George Clooney’s loved before, I guess it would be hard to retain the fact that his finally getting it right was in the form of this great, big wedding in Italy-complete with [all the eventual] papzi lenses and other popular hoopla that comes with him (being a popular award winning actor).
The other fact of the matter is: rather than one of the women he’s loved before (in popular culture) George Clooney married a world-renown lawyer who represents making wrongs, right.
This time around however, it was [the] Associated Press who sort ‘wronged’ George Clooney’s wife (Amal Clooney-human rights attorney of one of the most poignant topics making history right now: Amal, is representing three Al Jazeera journalists being handed down strict, unfair jail sentences.
Obviously having rested on their news media loins yesterday (while immersed in all their popular culture minded/social media glory), the top, most elied upon news media/journalism news source Tweeted:
“Amal Clooney, actor’s wife, representing Al-Jazeeera journalist accused in Egypt of ties to extremists apne.ws/1MTSvDo”
Well, [the] Associated Press caught a chronic QWERTY-lashing from Twitter-ers for mis-characterizing Amal.
This is quite the faux pas having come from the Associated Press as, even Hollywood pop star’s and actor’s “gilfriends” have even been given respective titles of their intended ‘creative’ and career desires! And well, ole human rights attorney Amal Clooney got the honor of merely being [the] “actor’s wife.” LoL.
They stood corrected, and (a little over an hour later) made the wrong, right by tweeting:
“Humans rights lawyer Amal Clooney criticizes prison terms handed down to three Al-Jazeera English journalists apne.ws/1MTX6FU”
Needless to say- titles corrected, respect given, and all is well, now 🙂
