Nathan Kranz, the building’s general manager, said the popular venue will be closed today with no official word on its reopening until inspectors are done with checking structural integrity of the building.

The venue was completed evacuated by 11 p.m. and all shows scheduled in First Ave’s Main Room, 7^th Street Entry and Record Room have been canceled for today and tomorrow.
