time and sticking to it (rather than hammering at the snooze button) is because after adhering to waking to the alarm after so many times, you’re conditioning yourself to wake up (naturally) at that designated time such that your body will become its own alarm clock.
I know that’s no good for Saturdays but hey. At least on that day you can simply turn the pillow over on the cold side and snooze without the guilt or pressure-own your own.
