…in exchange, after all went bust today, all I could sing was my other fave-Mint Condition’s “Nothing Left To Say”as I, (like most) were speechless.
Serena Williams’ U.S. Open five-game winning streak [+33-match winning streak leading to the Open] came to a screeching halt this afternoon and thwarted our hopes for her breaking the 27 year-old Grand Slam record still being owned by Steffi Graff as (just two victories away) Williams conceded to unseeded Italian veteran player Roberta Vinci (2-6, 6-4, 6-4).

Crying in her chair and calling the win “the best moment of my life,” Vinci expressed “It’s an incredible moment for me.”
Although Serena appeared to be in mint (physical) condition herself, and considering she hasn’t lost a U.S Open since the 2011 finals,
