necessary (and effective-especially if you consider someone may on the run that hurt one of your own loved ones), what a joy it’d be to know they got pulled over at a routine traffic stop.
Somewhere in this necessary thing however, the approach has to level itself with the tone of the pullover because innocent people are often times caught in the crossfire.
