“Boss” RICK ROSS At Loss of $220k – Still Detained – Misses BET Festivities This Weekend, NICK GORDON Sits Poolside Pending Murder Charge + DR. PHIL Re-Invite While BOBBI KRISTINAs Family Places Her in Hospice

Well it’s against the laws of physics for two things to be on the same wavelength at the same time and obviously Nick Gordon hadn’t gotten the memo that on June 24, Bobbi Kristina’s court-ordered guardian (on behalf of her estate) filed a civil lawsuit against him claiming he brutally assaulted her to the extent that beyond a reasonable doubt, it is believed to be what led to her being found unresponsive in the bath tub on January 31 which (as we all know) left her in comatose state to this very date.

“I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”  -Bedelia Hargrove (court-appointed attorney for the estate of Bobbi Kristina)

Additionally, in the lawsuit, he is being charged with theft for withdrawing $11,000 from her bank account.

Despite it being believed he is responsible for the quality of life she is currently deprived of right now, at word that Bobbi Kristina was being moved to hospice care, Nick sent out this tweet the evening of June 24 expressing his care and concerns for her:

NickTweet

Well that move was made final yesterday, Thursday June 25 and while (turning away from the photogs lens) Nick sat poolside at a Florida duplex

…Bobbi Kristina’s dad Bobby Brown and her loved ones trade hugs while just having placed her in hospice care as a result of her January 31 drowning.

Well since that tweet, and finding out that lawsuit was filed on her earlier that day, Nick made his Twitter page private.

Since then, and by/between the time we posted this write up, that Twitter account of his was deleted altogether…

In addition to murder charges being a possibility (should Bobbi Kristina pass away while at hospice)

“In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest,” –Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

…lots of talking and whispers have been going on behind the pixels of these walls of the Internet and Dr. Phil is willing to re-interview Nick to give him the opportunity to tell his side of the story as, (as well) a lot has happened since Nick’s early March interview with Dr. Phil (that kinda went haywire: Nick being high, the histrionics, the defiance and combativeness with Dr. Phil which led to the interview being cut short).

Considering all that’s gone on (since early March) and especially this week up to and through these past couple of days (June 24 and June 25)… by the evening of June 25/7:30 p.m. entertainment news magazine Entertainment Tonight reported that despite the direction and odd turn his first interview with Nick took, Dr. Phil’s doors are still open for Nick should he want to sit down with him to tell his side.

“I still want to sit down, look that young man in the eye and do the interview he promised me to do, before I put him into rehabilitation. I want to ask what happened that night. I want to give him a chance to tell his side of the story and answer the questions that people want to know,” -Dr. Phil

Things haven’t been the same since former corrections offer turned rapper [who won the rights to legally use the gangster name: Rick Ross], decided to change his life and style such that he went from one side of the law to the other side: Living it how he was getting [his new lifestyle as a rapper and “boss”].

RickRossStory

Ever since his shiny corrections officer badge, bling and donuts turned into diamonds, shiny cars and [quote] “taking his b/tch to Red Lobster” [unquote], the spotlight seems to be all on him (especially here of late).

It was just last week we reported the rapper was pulled over for a tinted windows violation where upon search of his vehicle, a small amount of marijuana was found which led to his arrest (for a day or so). That arrest yielded nothing serious for Ross other than the struggle to not eat carbs (considering his recently weight loss), but other than that, the boss rapper posted bail and in turn, did the same for the few cellmates he made nice with while in.

Fresh out the county, the rapper went right back to flossing with the ladies and picked up right where he left off, that is…until a week later (this week) he was picked up to face the music regarding charges of having orchestrated and/or being involved in a kidnapping, assault, and battery charge stemming from a warrant issued on June 7 in which the victim (who worked for Ross at Ross’ home) alleges that Ross, 39, and his bodyguard Nadrian Jones, 42, repeatedly hit him in the face and body with a 9mm Glock handgun which resulted in the victim having a chipped tooth, and a jaw injury so severe that he was sucking food through a straw. The victim also alleged that Ross and Jones forced him into the guest house where he was interrogated at gunpoint.

As a result that, Ross will not get a chance to floss like a boss this weekend and join in the festivities of the June 28 BET awards annual shin dig because he is still denied bond and detained in a Fayette County  jail pending a July 1 court hearing.

That means Boss Ross took a huge loss according to sources–something to the tune of $80k due him for an appearance at a party and $50k for a club appearance elsewhere.

Additionally, $30k for a private jet from ATL to LAX + $60k for a rented mansion for this weekend his [quote] “bad b/tches” to “tiptoe barefoot” around in [unquote] is going down the toilet as well.
