Just one day after the late king of pop’s birthday, Kanye West will be receiving MTV’s VMA’s highest honor of the night, in his name: “The Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.”
Consider this a fan meme (or the real deal), but as per it (not officially confirmed by MTV) just like old times:
…Rihanna, Jay Z, and Beyonce (along with Sir Paul McCartney) will take to the stage to present Kanye with the award.
It’d be more believable if Taylor Swift’s name was added as, since infamously interrupting her big VMA award moment,
Kanye and Taylor are now chums six years later:
