It’s kinda like training the mind for the body when we are about to put something of nutritional value in our mouths (or not): “Is this to eat to live or living to eat?”
Welp.
We all can pretty much agree that exercising+ a change of lifestyle diet is something we have to do (for the outside).
But exercise is for more than that (even if not for that reason).
