The R&B Singer was in court this past Wednesday and receiving claps, high praise, and certain pardons on his progress report from the Judge regarding his probation and rules set thereof-since his being released from jail in June [2014].
Brown was originally required to submit to a drug test three times per week and now, because of his “impromptu” four-hour warning of a drug test (with results showing he passed); Judge James Brandin reduced the required testing (impromptu or otherwise) down to two times per week.
Brown’s being in compliance with his probation officers and cooperating with his therapist kept him in the good graces of the judge indeed, despite denying the probation department’s request to as well, reduce Brown’s community labor requirement be bumped from four days per week to three.
If you remember, Chris Brown was jailed in middle of March (2014) through to early June for violating his probation after getting into an altercation in Washington D.C last year while outside a hotel there. At that time, he was already on probation for attacking his then girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna, the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards.
