#SayHerName No. Really: Say Her Name – Why I’m Writing A #TheSandraBlandLaw© Be Passed & Why It’s Very Necessary + ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW NOW & LATER ABOUT HOW NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM POINT A (Pullover) TO POINT B (Beat and/or Booked)

picked extensive electives in criminal psych and criminology.

One of the first things we learned is this:

Some of the most prolific murders weren’t caught in the act, they were caught [and are most always caught] during routine traffic stops and being confronted by the police.

Can you imagine what it’s like for you, or a loved one to have been hurt, killed or wronged by someone that eluded the police forever and just one day, after pulling out of a McDonald’s they get apprehended and found?

I know it’s annoying to be pulled over, and all things considered nowadays (scary to be pulled over) but believe it or not, it’s extremely necessary (not to mention-one of the most exciting parts of a cop’s day because that’s pretty much how they [have been able to] and remove criminals off the street.

Very seldom are people caught in the act of what they are wanted or on the run for.

They’re usually pulled over while having ice cream or making a wrong turn.

It’s just that this order of police business has gone too far and been taken to personal levels and now-citizens in their custody are nearly prey.

That being the case, that’s specifically why I feel the need to write up this new law for the books so both orders of business can still be conducted, but the innocent can go back home to their wives, families and friends in peace and one piece).

(They just make you feel important with a checkbook ledger and an ATM card that enables you to go spastic over the weekend and come Tuesday morning—on the phone with people like me to discuss your negative balance while listening to your pleas of pardoning and por favor. I’ve worked in several departments in banking from processing, to point of sale/breach, fraud/lost-stolen retention, credit granting, to credit card customer service, to sales, to loans, personal banking, to business to business, to wealth management and can safely offer you that tidbit).

At any rate.

When you are apprehended and stopped (then booked and given bail amount) that’s money being made. The disparity in this is that the average person being pulled over (especially depending on the area and geographic location) may not be able to afford $5000 bail/the 10% of that to get out. Not very many people in these demographics have
