Rapper KILLER MIKE Running For Georgia’s State House of Representatives
His name is Michael Render and I will riddle you this, in his words:
In Atlanta Georgia there will be special election tomorrow for District 55. Former state representative Tyrone Brooks no longer sits in the seat. I would like as many people as possible to go to the polls and write in Michael Render. Why because if I win we win. Thank you now go vote 🇺🇸
If you still don’t know the name, it’s Killer Mike and he’s running for state representative for Atlanta’s District 55.
Now although (unless you’re more than just a radio/commercial hip hop fan) you may not know much about rapper Killer Mike, you probably may have heard of him taking his political agendas to the streets of Baltimore, the panels of Ferguson, sitting opposite Bill Maher and other media arenas reciprocating solution-driven dialogue centered around finding solutions for arising problems that have fallen on deaf ears and gone ignored.
With a seat having become available (all praises due to the damning of Tyrone Brooks who-unfortunately plead guilty to tax+wire+mail fraud charges) Michael Render is positioning himself to take over the chair.
As he stated (in the quote above) tomorrow, June 16 in Atlanta, there will be a special election in which someone needs to get written in order for [what he sees as] real change to happen.
He would like your vote. And Michael Render is his name.
