Music producing phenom Pharrell Williams may be taking a moment to channel his futuristic musical abilities into beats on streets—literally: A futuristic style of housing called “prefab” housing.
While many of his peers are out here keeping it reel on these music and social media streets, Williams is trying his hand at real estate with a bit of creativity!
In conjunction with architect/developer Alexander Gorlin (noted for his “inventive use of space, light, and natural materials), Pharrell is in talks to be apart of the prefab housing plan in Detroit where empty, city owned property will be turned into futuristic, livable, beautiful housing using the prefab model.
Like mobile homes, which are factory built and driven to a properties location, prefab homes are factory built however, (the look of the traditional unlike mobile), resemble actual apartment-home communities like any other apartment-home community or condo.
