If anybody is able to shut a city down, it’s the rap duo: Outkast (BigBoi and Andre 3000).
All hands were held up however, as the 3-night shin dig (#ATLast) weekend concert series was held [and commandeered] on its third night when Outkast took it home, and took ‘em back to those southern rap sounds owned by Outkast, droned by no one and that to date-still transcend time.
“That’s my baby daddy” she joked, after the two embraced.
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen the two of them together and of course sharing the same stage on the final night of the greatly anticipated shin dig was just as good a time as any.
Badu joined the revered Atlanta-based rap duo at Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park while they performed the hit off their Stankonia album: “Humble Mumble” while Erykah humbly did opposite that as she confidently blessed the song, and stage with her presence and essence.
