{AngFrankPodcast Show}: Why Your New Year Changes Are Best Served Starting NOW (Or Spring Solstice-March) Rather Than January One

As a seed and nature “naturalist,” it’s no different than the truth in the theory that we are connected to the earth/land such that we should ‘eat to live’ rather than ‘live to eat.’

Despite our natural inclination and challenges in even adhering to that, many of us know that theory is real. Knowing is half the battle.

Food is awesome, I can attest to that 🙂 however, we should eat too live rather than live to eat because (without belaboring the obvious: weight gain leading to possible other health problems), eating fruit grown and blossomed from its proper season is essential to health and wellness.

Having said that, as serious as we claim are New Year resolutions are (to us), we also need to be reminded that connecting our intention to the proper season bares the best fruit. Therefore, we should know that the actual ‘new year’ is at spring solstice i.e., March 20, 2017-not January 1, 2017.

As fire is derived from “spark” and “spark” is derived from inspiration (to ‘inspire’), when we are inspired to resolve to do something, we start NOW that is–if we are truly inspired and on fire to do it.
