Despite the warm reception Caitlyn Jenner’s been receiving for the courage to change her life and transition from Bruce to Cait, the fact of the matter is, when she was Bruce and at the hands of a steering wheel (February 2015), someone transitioned from life to death and has since-had funeral procession.

Alls been quiet since the July Malibu crash that left one woman dead in the 3-car pile up but the L.A Sheriff’s department has been watching Cait have way too much fun living life and is now recommending she be charged with vehicular manslaughter (given the fact that she was driving at a rate of speed too high for the dangerous road conditions when the crash occurred).

Reportedly, considering the fact that traffic was at a standstill “He should have either been going 0 or just barely rolling,” says a source-despite investigators concluding there was “nothing egregious” about Jenner’s conduct that day.

Jenner can be charged with is one year in prison and/or a monetary fine and slapped with a misdemeanor at worst however, detective Richard Curry of the L.A County Sheriff’s Department says despite this recommendation to charge Jenner, there’s only a 50/50 chance she’ll be charged but you can be rested and assured this too will be made into some part of Jenner’s “IAmCait reality show…she’s cut from Kardashian cloth, lest we not forget.

The District Attorney’s office will give its decision to charge Jenner or no-by next week. Legal analyst state that given Jenner’s clean driving record, she’s unlikely to serve time.

In case you are wondering what the family of the deceased is doing during all this, know that there are two civil suits against Jenner pending, on behalf of the deceased woman.
