While this past weekend we reported Jada Pinkett Smith proposed a question as to whether or not people of color should join together to boycott the upcoming Oscars, it didn’t take long for her to put the plan into action: stat!
Mrs. Smith came to life from behind her words to let her voice be heard, captioning her Facebook post: “We must stand in our power.”
While making it definite that she will indeed be boycotting the showbiz shin dig, she went on to congratulate funny man friend Chris Rock on his (already pre-planned) job of hosting the “so white” show.
Rock was penciled in as host long before the nods were announced (and snubs synthesized), so obviously he was excused by Jada who
