In addition to that new news, disturbing details are leaking out regarding the case that very well may be the blurred line and discrepancy between: [quote] “A 12 year-old girl” [end quote] and other reports stating [quote] “A girl under the age of 13” [end quote].
Considering reports stating Jelani, 37, owns a daycare, combined by the fact that he is an employee of his famous sister [Nicki Minaj], pieces of a situation involving a man who reported raped a 12 year old girl and was never found.
According to police commissioner Ray Kelly, reportedly, a black male (‘in his 20s/approximately 6ft 200 lbs, scruffy beard, black hair/ brown eyes who too, claimed to work for Nicki Minaj) pulled up on Lincoln Street and 116th Avenue in Queens to a group of teen girls one an October 2013 Sunday afternoon around 2:30 p.m.
The man claimed to be looking for models and proceeded to take pictures of the girls—followed by asking them to get into his vehicle. All girls declined to take the man up on his offer to get in with the exception of one: “a 12 year-old girl” who, reportedly got into the car where at some time in this, he exposed his genitals and “sexually assaulted” / “raped” this “12 year-old girl.”
The girl managed to get out of the car and ran to a nearby friends house where from there, 911 was called. The girl was treated and released from Queens General Hospital and described the man as having on jeans, a white t shirt, red jacket, red sneakers, a red and white baseball cap and a long, chain hanging down to his waist.
Reportedly, this video cam footage around the vicinity is supposed to be that of the vehicle belonging to the man:
At the time of this October 2013 incident, when the police commissioner was asked if it was possible this “man” really did work for Nicki Minaj or no, although skeptical, he replied: “She’s a fairly well-known person. It wouldn’t be unusual for someone to just use that name.”
