The funny, outspoken, talk-show host spent her New Year warm and cozy on the warm sandy beaches of the Atlantic with a man whom sources later identified as Michael Cerussi III (who we understand goes by the name of “Mac”).
Frankel, 43, (definitely a ” @skinnygirl “-and looking about half that age) showed off her toned abs in a printed black string bikini, tweeted out to the cold world:

Surprisingly, the former Real Housewives reality star is now dating (as we can see and says sources who say that Frankel brought Cerussi with her to start shoot of the New Year with by vacationing in Miami while staying at the Delano Hotel). According to our snitches, the two “have been all over each other since they got there.”
This is good news for Bethenny, as, if you’ve followed her career on television and interviews; you know that she has been vocal and open about her past relationship and [ongoing tit-for-tat] divorce battle from husband Jason Hoppy, 41.
