Speaking of Miu Miu (from our previous blog), although Rihanna wore the same coat/same color this week, here’s a pic of singing sensation Jennifer Hudson wearing hers last month arriving in Arlington, Virginia looking casually chic.
Both girls did it some justice I must say.

Here’s a glimpse at Jennifer Hudson at last night’s airing of the BET Honors 2014 where she was anything BUT “respectful” as she so effortlessly took that stage, commandeered that microphone and belted out a medley of songs as a tribute to the singing great herself: Aretha Franklin.
Jennifer stood there in a sassy white jumpsuit-singing as if she was merely in conversation while she stood in front of the legendary Queen of Soul paying homage to her inspiration.

On another note.
Just leave it up to Facebook to pass this one around–having a few of the sangin’ greats like Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick, Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Beyonce, and (“Dem Babies,” reppin’ for Mariah)–sitting in audience of the pop princess left out there to those wolves while she stood there singing Mariah Carey’s “Hero” (I’m taking it that Jennifer Hudson was out when this video was shot).
At any rate, that hero didn’t come along in time to rescue Riri from these sangin heifer’s scorn:
