That hair was beat to the Gods in a way like we hadn’t seen Beyonce in like…forever while she stood there posing with a face beat to the Angels (like we’ve never seen her): smoky eyed and goth-chic keeping her sexy and festive nonetheless for the “Manus x Machina” event.
Outside of beating bro in law Jay Z up once upon a Met Gala, theme or not, sister Solange is known for doing her own fashion-forward thing at Met Gala events past-becoming known for prints or solid, singular, bold color or large amounts of fabric covering her small frame.
Although having already worn yellow in previous years, this year (sans beating Jay Z), she continued to prance to beat to her own drum (again) beneath and behind lots of yellow fabric (said/thought to be in spirit of her sister’s recently released #Lemonade CD)
