Less The Auto Tune, Rapper T-PAIN Goes Where No Other Rapper Has Gone Before: The DODGERS Game To Sing The National Anthem

Impressive!

Rapper T-Pain broke onto the rap scene making it cool to sing about clubs, bars, drinking, strippers (falling in love with, and going home with them)—straight through the tune of his notorious “auto-tune.”

Although popular culture history would beg to differ that auto-tune’s use was started by the late R&B singer Roger featuring Zapp MI0001595659

…then later used by various singers since (who’d dare not cop to using auto tune), T-Pain somehow stepped onto the scene and sort of “owned” (the often denied) auto tune: A device made to assist people with the tunes they can sing carry.

Well say sing no more.

In addition to being the first to singing about being in love with [a] stripper, the rapper took to the L.A Dodgers game and did something any rapper (who, although loves strippers too) has yet to do: SING the National Anthem.

That’s right.

T-Pain did just that. And quite frankly-he knocked it out the ballpark!

P.S.

Speaking of auto tune.
