Throughout all this “hoop”la about basketballs sitting on J’s, LeBron…
“King James” (Remember him?…the guy who was the talk of the Internet—a little less than two weeks ago) has been trying to get it through [to those who cared] what number he chose for his new uni for the team he elected to [re]unite with.
In spirit of letting us all know he was no dumb jock, the basketball star wanted to give us all little logic behind why he chose the number he did:
“ 23 it is! It’s only right I go back. 2×3=6 We still family 6. #HomeTeam #StriveForGreatness ”
Although the wait and switch LeBron pulled may very well have caused Heat fans to burn [rather than shelve and souvenir his jersey number 6 from his left behind series]; there is good news for Cleveland fans in this however: Provided they kept hope alive and held on to their number 23 jerseys-from when LeBron left them for Miami [Heat], all they have to do is pull the old 23’s off the dusty shelf and try again.
