The old January 9th egging incident [in which Justin Bieber, 20, constantly stayed in the news from thuggin’ it with friends at his Calabasas home], are being investigated.
This news comes on the heels of the tentative online petition that lingered about where Bieber’s some-a-time-fans and haters rallied by signing to get his Visa revoked and have him deported [back to Canada].
After his constant run-ins with the law, the incident in which he was allegedly caught on tape egging his neighbor’s home, and especially after the alleged drag-racing incident in Florida [which he was accused of being under the influence at the time]; haters were in full-force to get him sent back to Canada.
Well high and behold, The-Government-O’Bama decided not to get involved with this Twit-for-Tat mess so Bieber was sort of “pardoned” in that regard.
Obviously his neighbor wasn’t through with him yet, as public records show the Biebs’ Instagram account is being investigated in this felony vandalism case still open.
Officials are trying to determine if the outfit Beiber had on during the footage of the egging incident (as recorded by the neighbor) was the same outfit he had on [as shown on his own surveillance cameras the same day].
On March 13, a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detective obtained the warrant to search the photo-sharing site. Details regarding the warrant were first reported via Los Angeles Fox affiliate KTTV.
As of right now, no charges have been filed against the Biebs and calls to his attorney: Howard Weitzman were not immediately returned.
