It aint exactly one of Dr. Huxtable’s cool Coogi sweater’s but we now know where the inspiration behind his love of patterned prints: This fancy-smancy ele[ganzy] ole’ 70s robe The Cos was snapped in—allegedly a Polaroid taken by then model Janice Dickinson.
Dickinson just recently (for the second time) spoke publicly about having been raped by Bill Cosby.
The first time: during a radio show interview with Howard Stern (2006):
The second time” (publicly-via the social media grapevine now that it’s safe to be believed—since all these women are, yet again, coming out the woodwork on being victims of Bill Cosby’s rape victims—having been silenced, for years). One, silenced for 30 years!
Well, the cats out the bag now. And now that a celebrity (like Dickinson) has come forward, all these mounting allegations from all these unknown women will finally be taken more seriously (than never before).
In addition to what she stated during her radio show interview with Stern + the social media grapevine, pictures are also being made public having come from Janice Dickinson who too, stated these very pictures were taken during right before the date rape she alleges she endured that night.
The repercussions of this recent scandal (re-emerging) has caused some serious domino-like sanctions that ultimately affects the cast of The Cosby Show.
Despite these scandals reemerging, Cosby’s Alma Mater (Temple University) is to him what Nike was to Tiger (during his “trangressions”): by his side.
Bill Cosby is on the track and field University’s Board of Trustees where Andrea Constand served as the director of Operations for the women’s basketball team. It was there she allegedly met Bill Cosby and [he] assumed the role as her mentor and in January 2004. Constand claim was that she was invited to Cosby’s Cheltenham, Pennsylvania home to “discuss career advice.” While there the woman claims she was given herbal pills to ease anxiety and from there, Cosby “touched her breasts and vaginal area and proceeded to rub his penis in her hand, and digitally penetrated” her. I know that sounds strange [use of the word] “digitally” but I think that simply means: “fingered.”
At any rate.
Of all the women, all the years being subjects of these whispers and rumors about being victims of having been drugged and raped by Cosby, Constand was the only one who Cosby settled out of court with (in 2004) by which one of Cosby’s other accusers (Barbara Bowman) was asked to testify anonymously (as “Jane Doe”)
“My name is not Jane Doe. My name is Barbara Bowman, and I wanted to tell my story in court. In the end, I didn’t have the opportunity to do that, because Cosby settled the suit for an undisclosed amount of money,” said Bowman.
The curious 64 thousand dollar questions of the day are:
“Where are the rape-kit evidences and police reports of these women and why has it been silent for so long—if these allegations go as far back as the 70s?” (I answered that in full detail here…scroll down to the section that says: “What This Means For The Women Involved Bill’s Victims….These Binders Full of Women)”:
The other question begs:
“Why did he settle with just that one woman, if there were several?”
In the court of law, it’s never really about what’s “true” versus what you can prove (beyond a reasonable doubt).
Truth is relative (to whomever believes whatever–which all varies and is mostly contingent upon who feels most closely in related to the subject or the object). Your opinion about a person, thing, (or situation) will always be different from the next 10 people.
Facts alleviate all that he-say, she-say.
Proof is facts (in the court of law-and the only thing that matters). All else is merely circumstantial (no matter how true). Emotions, ‘gut,’ intuition, (or even “truth”) does not hold up or win cases in court-facts do.
A bunch of women (“aspiring” actresses, singers, models, etc.) who were in the presence/company of a celebrity like Bill Cosby are more “throw-out-able” (all from having the same “aspiring” actress, singer, model M-O): Nothing but mere scantily-clad portfolios as “proof” serving who they aspired to be versus who “Bill Cosby” is. That holds no water.
NEWSFLASH: “Aspiring” to be those kinds of things is not respected until it truly is a business for you. So until then, you must stay out and away from certain waters thinking you are going to be “the” one that came up from under water by way of it. Because if some sh|t goes down-you (little fish in a big pond) are gonna get ate (or drowned). It’s all fun until sh|t gets real. No matter how innocent it started out or how good your intentions were. The power is in the hands of whomever is sure/more likely to win.
So as a result or circumstance (their being alone with Bill Cosby “aspiring to be”) they look nothing more than like some groupies or whores all coming together with circumstantial evidence and mere coincidental stories and accounts of being date-raped.
Whereas Andrea Constand worked at, and has a paper-trail of being on his stomping ground where too, he serves as a track and field Board Member. There’s nothing groupie-ish or scantily clad about a woman serving as “director of the women’s basketball team” at place (and program) where Cosby serves on the board. That “aspiring actress, singer, model” crap is yawnable (in comparison).
Having said that, Andrea Constand would have a much easier time convincing a jury of 12 how (and for ‘good’ reason) she ended up alone with Bill Cosby than some “aspiring singer/actress/model.”
So that would not happen (it standing trial)….he paid her to get rid of her story…
As for the rest yous: ‘good luck you s|uts and wh0re$ trying to get on.’ They were left to fight the good long fight-which you will NOT win against a big named celebrity having been in the vicinity, or surrounding them doing ‘typical’ things (and whose public M-O is clean stand up comedy, classic black movies, educational black cartoons like “Fat Albert” and “Dr. Huxtable”)…
But thanks to Janice Dickinson (a celebrity-who happened to have been one of his victims), they now all stand a chance. Because now…[that it’s more sensational]…it seems more credible and human (now that a human celebrity went through the same thing that “regular” human beings alleged…
