If you ‘aint up on things yet, you’ve been seeing celeb friends of Alicia Keys (like Jada Pinkett-Smith pictured here) in support her #WeAreHere movement by posting pics of themselves with the sign; let me explain.
“We Are Here” is a spirited single just released by Alicia which now, is officially available on iTunes.
One week ago, Alicia premiered the single online along with the video but opted to hold out on putting it on iTunes right away.
In celebration of kicking off the release of the new single, Alicia stopped by the studios of NBC’s Today Show this morning to talk about the song after which, officially went on sale at iTunes.
Matt Lauer interviewed Alicia as well and too, she performed the acoustic version-just playing her piano while mesmerizing the audience with the lyrics (about humanity & purposesocial/political protest).
