With the premiere of a new season of “Life With LaToya” it is being reported that reality star: LaToya Jackson is engaged this time [rather than married].
According to reports, while dining out in Hawaii last summer, Jackson’s longtime best friend and business partner Jeffre Phillips got down on one knee and proposed marriage. When LaToya replied: “But I don’t have a ring,” desert arrived. LaToya lifted the lid and the two lovebirds feasted their eyes on the platinum band sparkling in at a reported 17.5 carats specifically designed by Phillips himself.
“Jeffré goes over the top with a lot of things. He found exactly what I would like or want. It’s really beautiful. It’s very, very big. It’s a heavy one too.”
According to sources, the moment itself is supposed to air on her new show which begins on June 7.
