Allegedly, this abuse of whomever this [quote] “girl under the age of 13” [end quote] is, this rape has occurred over time since around April 2015—which means before, during, and after his marriage and reportedly (as per police reports) Jelani had contact with this girl as recent as November 30 and was arrested on December 1. Rumor…again…rumors have it that the girl’s mother/wife of Jelani called the cops on Maraj.
