Let’s keep it real.

We all get caught slipping and fck up and get left by that one we wish hadn’t gotten away-leaving us floored. But the best you can do with that (gone) man is:

• Stay on your feet (and off of his leg and out of his face, and beating on his chest crying).
• Out of his email.
• Off of his phone.
• Away from his friends (and family)
• Out of his inbox/message box/Facetime-all that (completely unplug from him)
• Off of his Facebook and Twitter (and if you are connected-disconnect—and never go back and check it).

If you must, you are better off crying to your girls and ignoring forgetting him as best you can.

Although it’s unrealistic to actual “forget” him, he’s the one that needs to know/feel like you did. No turning back.

Why?

When a man does not want you, he is truly decided on that fact.

Men do NOT submit once they quit. For some women (who earned a better tier score) they’ll feel sorry for you (somewhat) but it doesn’t give him a change of heart. Men are too busy, got too many tiers and society world pressures (gender expectations etc). Some have goals, ambition—and most of all, they have plans…for the girl that meets tier 1. They’ve got juggling to do. And once you fall from your tier, you’re either:

• off (permanently)

…or

• by default (placed somewhere near/at bottom for play and convenience at whim and his choosing)

…so deal with it (literally). And the BEST way to deal with it is to cry to your girls and stay on your feet and (from his view, if there is one) on your grind-no crying.

When I say “forget” about him-forget about him. Don’t make moves in hopes/preparation for him coming back. Make moves and move on like he never was there (as best you can). Don’t forget that you have spirit and “soul ties.” Entering a place in a woman where life (or death) begins (or ends) is really a big (spiritual) deal. That said, there is an energy you transmit when he feels forgotten about (versus being “ignored”). Opposite forgetting about him, ignoring is an emotion-filled temporary thing (to a man).
