Although openly gay athlete Michael Sam may not get no love from the NFL, the GLAAD Media Awards Organization will gladly give him some.

Sam is being celebrated for being adamant about accurate v. stereotypical representations of members in the media who are of the LGBT community.

 

 

As well, the team behind the hit reality show R&B Divas is being nominated for Outstanding Reality Program as, the show unabashedly celebrated the real-life relationship of 90s singer Monifah
