2014 SAG AWARD (Winners + Contenders)

sag award

The Screen Actors Guild Award (a.k.a  SAG Award) is an accolade given by the Screen Actors Guild‐American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) to recognize outstanding performances in film and prime-time television.

DATE: SATURDAY, JANUARY 18, 2014 (20th Annual)

HOSTED BY: No One ………….The Screen Actors Guild Awards is a Hollywood Awards show where actors honor one another and traditionally considered the most reliable predictor of who will win the Oscar gold because actors themselves represent such a large block of the voting process [in the motion picture academy]. Unlike all other awards shows, this show is like a formal or prom without the principle and staff present-it kinda wings it-it doesn’t have a host or theme music playing to cut winners off at the podium and (traditionally) is at least one moment in the show where someone holds up their SAG card.
